Keep the Best and Throw out the Rest

I coach busy parents who want to balance their work career with family life. I help students find their purpose and planning to have the best life experience. We train couples how to have a happy family and a healthy lifestyle. We disciple Christians to be faithful, mature and fruitful making disciples.

Hi, people know me as Coach Cris. Along with my wife Erika and my 5 children we do life coaching. We enjoy the great opportunity to serve globally those who want to fulfill their life purpose!

Do you find yourself choosing between your family and your career? Do you feel like you don’t have enough time to get your work done to the standard you hold? Are you constantly stressed out at the never ending demands of your personal life, your work, your family? Does your spouse complain that you do not spend enough quality time together?

It doesn’t have to be that way. You can have it all – a successful career, a great relationship with your family, and more free time. The reason you don’t have all these things now is that you’ve failed at setting priorities and boundaries in your life. You say yes to too many things, and you don’t take time to take care of yourself.

This is where my coaching comes in. My “Keep the Best and Throw out the Rest” program is all about setting priorities. We start by looking at what really matters to you in all aspects of your life, and then we prioritize which ones matter most, and figure out ways to either eliminate or delegate the rest.

My clients constantly tell me they feel a freedom they’ve never experienced before. A calming clarity that comes from knowing what truly matters in their lives, and understanding that it’s all in the choices they make. After working through my program, they’ve developed skills to recognize which of their activities are truly important. What are you seeking?

How to prepare an affidavit

An affidavit is a document that contains facts that you swear under oath or affirm to be true. You can use an affidavit instead of sitting in the witness box to give your evidence to the judge.

An affidavit is a written statement prepared by a party or witness. It is the main way you present evidence (facts of the case) to a court.

A good affidavit provides just enough important information to enable the judge to make a quick decision.

Because the judge relies on affidavits to make important decisions, there are strict rules about how they should be written, what they can include, and how they must be sworn or affirmed.

What does an affidavit look like? The affidavit should be printed or typed only one side of the paper. The content should be divided as numbered paragraph. The content is divided into different sections under the headlines is more perfect method to write an affidavit.

This video demonstrates one way to remedy those unintended “obligations.” Learn more about this by going to www.startpage.com and entering the search phrase “How to write an affidavit.”
