Which may be the most representative Bible passages that any christian should memorize?

Please reply in a comment below with a list like ~ Genesis 1:1, Exodus 20:1-17, Deut 6:4-9, Psalm 1, 23, Jeremiah 29:11-13, Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 2:36-42, 1 Corinthians 13, Phi 4:13, etc

Also I am working on a new inductive bible study series. Which are the passages that best define these topics:
– What is the Word of God,
– Who is God,
– Who is Jesus,
– What is the Cross,
– What disciples of Christ do,
– Sin,
– Repentance,
– Baptism,
– Salvation,
– Church,
– Holy Spirit,
– our Hope/Resurrection,
… and you can add any other subject you felt missing from this list!

Just like John, then Peter and James apostles we’re closer to Jesus than the other disciples, some passages describe better the topics than others even if we have more about it.

These resources will go as resources for the planting mission field and maturing existent churches. Will come up with the results of this project on relate4ever.wordpress blog where you can post your suggestions. What do you say?
