What does staffing look like?
Our ministry team will work with volunteers from our church to staff church camp. Qualified volunteers (see below) will take on roles as cabin leaders and/or help in other areas (crafts, games, lessons, etc.). Daybreak staff will be on site to provide assistance when needed.

Staff Training:
The care and safety of our campers matters greatly to us. One of the best practices to ensure their safety is to become knowledgeable and trained in all areas of camp safety. All camp volunteers are required to complete a background check, and “MinistrySafe” training prior to volunteering. We believe that these requirements will provide a safe environment for our campers.
