How to protect from radiation

My story part I

Hi dear friend, it is so precious to have a strong body which supports us, because around us is a very contaminated environment. The EMF radiation is somehow the last drop in the cup! Each of us from this group is so precious as we are the ones from this world that can understand better the war which is deployed on humanity under the cool image of smart.

If I would not feel the attack of radiation on my body so much, and it would not turn around my whole family life maybe myself I would not be able to understand the danger of having WIFI and wireless or smart appliances. So are those around us. It might be, that the whole world is affected, even if they do not know it because they do not feel it like us, they cannot get it. ¨Yeah, WI-FI is bad, but…¨

I was praying and I was thinking to find a solution, that I will be powerful and that I will overcome the effect of electro magnetic radiation in my body, so I can function properly, so I can think properly, and to not suffer so much anymore.

I found out that the first problem in EHS is that the EMF radiation is lowering the glutathione level in our bodies at the cellular level. The glutathione is the master antioxidant in the body. The defense of our body became very low.

Learn more and actively about radiation!
Eat nutritious food and take an efficient supplement which enhance your glutathione!
Secure a location with NO wireless (WIFI, cellphones) and use shielding like fabrics with silver!
Exercise workout fitness daily in the morning!
Relate with support group (online and offline)!

1.What we found extremely useful is to go wired with a computer and to not have any wifi or smart appliance inside of the house.

2. Block the radiation from outside coming to your house. If you have the possibility you can even change your window with pure wood. We found that adobe, wood and water are natural ways of blocking radiation.

3. Deep breathing : Sit or stand with your elbows slightly back. This allows your chest to expand more fully.Inhale deeply through your nose. Hold your breath as you count to 5. Release the air via a slow, deep exhale, through your nose, until you feel your inhaled air has been released. It can be performed for 10 minutes at a time, 3 to 4 times per day.

4. When you can,  buy at least 1 or 2 m of protective material. You can use it in the future to barricade yourself in it completely, the idea is to not let at all radiation to come in, the body parts, or the hole body needs to be covered completely, to be wrap entirely.
